They used to hide from the cameras, but The Twilight Saga's adorable on- and off-screen couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who recently kissed publicly at the Cannes Film Festival, have reached a new relationship milestone — symbolized by a very special ring that Rob recently gave his love.

"It's a beautiful emerald ring," says an insider. "He's a real romantic and loves to take an opportunity to remind her that she's the one. He gave her a ring because he adores her and wants to marry her."
The wedding of Kristen, 22, and Rob, 26, is being planned for later this year, say several sources, who all agree that their real-life nuptials will be even more romantic than Bella and Edward's.
"To them, the Twilight Breaking Dawn — Part 1 wedding was cheesy," says the insider. "They want their wedding to be much more authentic, with soul."
Among the many special personal touches the couple plans for their family and friends will be a song that Rob is writing for his bride-to-be.

"It's important for him that music be a big part of the wedding. He's writing a song for her and plans to perform it on the vintage Fender guitar she bought him for Christmas last year," reveals the insider.
