When Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio played Titanic's lovers 13 years ago, they created a deep and lasting relationship. "Leo and I are kindred spirits — we're cut from the same cloth," Kate explained. "We're like one of those old couples from When Harry Met Sally," added Leo.

Now that Kate has officially split from her husband of nearly seven years, director Sam Mendes, insiders say the former co-stars' "intense bond" has gone beyond friendship.

Leo was there for Kate when her marriage started to go south two years ago, around the time they reunited on-screen in Revolutionary Road.
The film was directed by Sam, who, an insider says, became uncomfortable with how cozy the co-stars were on set.
