Spinning: Jen hits the bike twice a week for an intense cardio routine.

Swimming: “Three times a week, she swims freestyle for 20-40 minutes,” says a source. “She loves that swimming is low-impact and meditative.”

Stair Climbing: When filming on location, Jen likes to hit the hotel stairs to sneak a quick workout.

Dancing: She’s hit the ballroom and taken salsa lessons. “Jen fears she has no rhythm,” says a pal. “Dancing helps her get her groove on.”

Yoga: Jen always does yoga with a private trainer at least an hour and a half every other day. She’s recently been into an intense form called Ashtanga.

Pilates: She’s at an advanced level, so her trainer has her do hardcore moves on the Pilates machine and on the mat.

Free Weights: Jen lifts three-to five-pound dumbbells at high reps to tone arms.

Sit-Ups: She does an extended version of the crunch on a balance ball or disc, working muscles with a greater range of motion for a six-pack effect.
