As some tabloids are ready to report that Jessica Simpson is desperately looking for a man in her life, OK! can report that the singer's holiday season will be filled with lots of cheer and much smooching under the mistletoe, as she finishes out 2007 with new boy toy, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

For Thanksgiving, the former Mrs. Nick Lachey went back to her home state of Texas and spent every second with her quarterback cutie, reportedly grabbing Thanksgiving dinner with the Simpson family after his Cowboys gave a whooping to the New York Jets on the gridiron earlier in the day.

According to sources, Jess is finally in love again and already calling Tony “her man." “Tony is amazing,” one friend reveals exclusively to OK!. “He’s everything she wants in a man and he's got a cute ass!” And though friends say Jessica probably shouldn't rush into anything serious like she did with previous beau John Mayer, she just can’t help it.

"Tony is a gentleman and he treats her like a Southern belle,” a source explains to OK!. The two have known each other for a while and always flirted, but until Tony, who has been linked romantically in the past with country cutie Carrie Underwood and actress Sophia Bush, made the first move, neither had dared to express their attraction for each other.

Last year, Thanksgiving sent the Dukes of Hazzard star into a spiral of depression as it marked the anniversary of her split from ex-hubby Nick. So this year, friends of Jess are thrilled because they don't have to deal with a somber Jessica during the holidays. And perhaps, if all works out well, this Thanksgiving will be remembered as the time she finally found love with a cutie who looks adorable in a football uniform!
