OK! Exclusive: Mariska Hargitay Recovering After Second Surgery

OK! has just learned that actress Mariska Hargitay, who is suffering from a collapsed lung, is now recovering from surgery after the lung collapsed for a second time.
The Law & Order: SVU star is being cared for by the staff at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan, and sources tell OK! she will be there for observation while she recuperates until at least this Friday.
An NBC spokesperson tells OK! that the TV star is on the mend, saying, “Mariska is feeling better. We are looking forward to her quick recovery and return to set."

The show is currently in production though Mariska has not returned to set, a source close to the show tells OK!.
For now, insiders tell OK! the 44-year-old she is doing okay, but "she's not out of the woods yet" and she will need to be under medical supervision when she ultimately gets back to the set of SVU.
