Michael Lohan has released an exclusive comment to OK! regarding the reports in today’s New York Daily News, the gossip column Rush & Malloy claimed that one of the reasons that Michael was reopening his divorce case with reality star Dina Lohan was that his actress daughter, Lindsay Lohan, has yet to see her ailing grandmother.
Michael tells OK!, "To address the article in today's Daily News, let me say this: Lindsay has nothing to do with me opening my divorce case or any other suits that are being filed against Dina, and Lindsay has been in touch with both my parents.”
“The facts are Dina defrauded me and breached her divorce contract with me, just like she does to so many others,” he continues. “Take a look at her music deals and the money she owes her contractors at her house. Dina uses people, gets what she wants and then turns her back on them or claims the ideas were hers all along. She thinks the law doesn't apply to her or her family since they always get away with things and use Lindsay's name to do it.”

Michael also claims that he is the braintrust behind Dina’s upcoming E! reality show, set to air this summer. But the ex-con claims that her show is anything but reality. He tells OK! “How do you think she got her show and why aren't her brothers in jail and why are they kept out of sight? Once more, if her show is reality, why aren't her two brothers, Paul Sullivan, who defrauded 911 Disaster Relief Fund for $1 million and then got caught on a federal wire tap telling witnesses to lie, or how about her brother Matthew Sullivan, who recently got arrested for DWI and drug possession, part of her "SHOW" if they and their families still so much a part of her life!? Reality!! Yeah right!”
He continued, “Well, this time in court, everyone will see and hear the truth. They will see what kind of a person and what values Dina has and instills! That's "reality" and one which Dina will have to live with!"
