OK! Exclusive: No MJ Album for Ashlee Simpson

Despite a rumor circulating today that indicated Joe Simpson was pitching a "concept album" on which his daughter Ashlee Simpson would record Michael Jackson songs, the singer's rep says that just ain't so.

"There is absolutely no truth to this report at all. It is a completely fabricated story," Ashlee's publicist tells OK! exclusively.
