As Guilty Pleasures Week approaches, the stakes get higher and the competition stiffens for the remaining couples on ABC's Dancing With The Stars. We said our goodbyes to Petra Nemcova and her partner, Dmitry Chaplin, last night who were voted off by America and landed in the bottom of the pack with the judges. The final seven couples are no strangers to rehearsals, and only OK! has the exclusive photos to keep you up to date on your favorite contestants!
Hines Ward and his partner, (and OK! blogger!) Kym Johnson, found themselves at the top of the leader board for the third time in the competition this week while Kendra Wilkinson and Louie van Amstel shared the bottom spot with Ralph Macchio, his partner, Karina Smirnoff, Petra Nemcova and her partner Dmitry Chaplin.

Next week, the couples will be dancing not one, but two dances! Also, the stage will be shared with musical performances by recent American Idol cast-off Pia Tocano, New Kids on The Block and The Backstreet Boys!
