Is Alec Baldwin really quitting 30 Rock, or was his announcement that he would leave the show a negotiating tactic worthy of his wheeler-dealing character Jack Donaghey?
His brother Stephen Baldwin thinks it's the latter.
In an interview published on July 6 of this year, the actor told CNN that he would leave the Emmy-winning hit at the end of his contract in 2012.
But apparently his little bro isn't convinced.

"Its a bunch of rubbish," Stephen exclusively told OK! recently. "I think he'll continue to do it as long as the show goes."

In fact the Usual Suspects star thinks that Alec is just bluffing and holding out for a better deal.
"I think that there's ways that they're going to motivate him to stay around," Stephen confided.
