OK! News: Neil Patrick Harris to Host the 2013 Emmy Awards!
Neil is gearing up for his Tony Awards hosting gig this Sunday, June 9, so of course, before that happens, he has to do some press to promote the show. This pic was snapped of NPH outside David Letterman, and he is just so charming and cute. We're going to be seriously sad when HIMYM ends next May for good because he's just adorable.
