Harry got initiated into the Fox family yesterday at the network's annual TCA panel in Los Angeles. Well, initiated simply means walking the red carpet and then joining fellow judges Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez for a press conference (read our exclusive details from the press event right HERE!) while young women ogled over his hotness. He's OK! Hottie of the Day for all the reasons outlined above, and because we cannot WAIT to see this guy on our TVs twice a week starting Wednesday. You too?
