At the beginning of the summer I was on somewhat of a soda bender, and not even the diet stuff—the sugar and calorie-loaded regular variety. It was time for a beverage intervention. Fortunately, these delish drinks came into my life, making it possible for me to retire my soda habit in favor of something better for me.

If you've jumped on the coconut water bandwagon (and even if you haven't, now's the time), you have to try Taste Nirvana Coconut Water with Thai Chili Extract, which adds a nice little zing at the end of each sip.
