OK! Travel: Seeing Stars in San Diego

With Comic-Con International 2010 — the largest comics and pop culture event in the country — set to hit sunny San Diego from July 22 to 25 (comic-con.org), this beach lovers’ paradise is getting ready for its annual invasion of A-list stars. This year’s hotly anticipated participants: the cast members from Glee and Disney’s Tron (including Oscar-winning actor Jeff Bridges). Although much of the Comic-Con action happens at the San Diego Convention Center and Gaslamp Stadium, where thousands of fans lined up to see The Twilight Saga’s Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner last year, there’s lots of opportunity to have a moreup-close-and-personal celebrity encounter at some of this vibrant, yet laid-back city’s most exciting attractions.
