Can’t make it to NYC for Fashion Week? Don’t worry, OK!’s got you covered! Yesterday, we hung out at the Tommy Hilfiger 25th anniversary runway show for a sneak peek at the designer’s spring collection and loved every minute!
SHOW: Tommy Hilfiger
WHEN: Sept, 12th 2010
WHO: Neil Patrick Harris, Jennifer Lopez Olivia Palermo, Jason Lewis, Kristen Bell, Bradley Cooper, Jessica Szohr, Ed Westwick, Lenny Kravitz, Christina Hendricks, Rebecca Romijn, Kimora Lee sitting with ex Russell Simmons and Rumer Willis
FASHION: After 25 years Tommy continued to do what Tommy does best — Preppy. He knows how to do it right and I am happy to see that the first collection of the next 25 years will be more of what we love about Tommy Hilfiger. This collection stayed with the classic silhouettes but added a slight twist to them to keep it fresh. The tops and jackets were cropped which created a sharp contrast to the maxi length dresses and skirts made out of pleated silk.

COLOR/OVERHEAD: The music throughout the show had a strong fun beat that kept the crowd moving along to it with a smile. In fact, Lenny Kravitz and Jennifer Lopez were enjoying it so much they appeared to be dancing in their seats. The front row was filled to max and the stars seemed to be packed in like sardines — sectioned off by a velvet rope. Throughout the show most of the celebrities seemed to enjoy each other’s company. Jennifer Lopez and Bradley Cooper shared funny stories into each others each ears all night and Christina Hendricks and Neil Patrick Harris sat there and giggled together while watching the show. Last night's collection definitely excited JLo as she was caught mouthing “That’s Cute!” to herself several times throughout.
