Olivia Munn Shares Her Crazy-Fun Workout
Dec. 19 2011, Published 5:00 a.m. ET
Actress Olivia Munn may leave the actual stripping to the boys in the upcoming male-stripper biopic Magic Mike — but she does show some skin onscreen during love scenes with fictional boyfriend (and stripper!) Channing Tatum. Of course, the confident-with-her-curves star isn't obsessing over her body-baring role.
"I literally hate working out," Olivia tells OK!. "My friends ask me if I want to go up to Runyon Canyon and I'm like, 'Why? I have the new XBox Kinect. Why would you want to go outside? Why would you like to climb up a mountain?'"
Here Olivia reveals what she does to keep herself in such amazing shape!

Your body is amazing!
I'm curvier — I know I'm small, but I'm not ripped. But I make a choice to be that way. I realize my arms aren't as toned as Halle Berry's, but I don't want to be. I want to look my best and I try, but I have real lips and more boobs and more hips, and if that perpetuates a new form of beauty, then that is great.
What kind of workouts do you do?
I have to trick myself into thinking I'm doing something fun, so I came up with this thing and it's a dance routine. It's a nonstop 45-minute playlist, which I do three or four times a week with my girlfriends. They aren't really aerobic dance routines, but we just keep moving. The dances always have a female-empowerment theme.

What are some of the moves you incorporate?
One is called "My boyfriend just walked in." The music will be playing and you will be dancing casually and all of the sudden you see him and you get crazy and dance your ass off. Then there is the "One-night stand." It's good for your core. You will be lying on your back and you will want to sit up without waking him. So you have to really carefully lift yourself wthout any sudden movements, and then you have to walk it out.
It sounds like you need your own fitness video!
