Yet more congratulations are in order for One Direction! The boys (Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson) just set a new record! Their Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD sold 76,000 copies — more than John Mayer's Billboard Chart-topping album, Born & Raised — marking the first time in history that a week's DVD sales have trumped album sales. Bravo!

Some other impressive stats? The DVD was the number-one seller in 25 countries, and is the third-biggest selling video release of 2012. It's on track to rank in second place though, behind Adele's Live at the Royal Albert Hall.

Oh, and, One Direction is the first British group to debut in the top spot of Billboard's album chart. Believe it or not, they have bragging rights that The Beatles and The Rolling freaking Stones don't have. Crazy! Not bad, boys. Not bad at all.
