"One very, very important factor to Zayn’s warmup is Mary J. herself.” That's one of the shocking statements you'll hear Louis Tomlinson state while seemingly filming his fellow One Direction member Zayn Malik smoking what is reported to be pot in a video released by The Daily Mail.
The shocking video takes place in the back of a car as Zayn and Louis are traveling through Peru for a concert. Louis narrates the 5-minute segment and shares the joint with Zayn (who occasionally blows smokes at the camera) while also jokingly addressing the police driving by their vehicle. But that's not the only mention of marijuana Louis makes. Early on in the video he states, "So here we are, leaving Peru. Joint lit. Happy days!"

The other three band members are not featured in the short video. Us Weekly reports that after reaching out for a comment on the development, One Direction's representatives have responded by stating "This matter is in the hands of our lawyers."
