You know you've hit the big time when real estate agents are making capital of your "childhood home".
So welcome to stardom David Cook!
The suburban family house in Blue Springs, Mo., where the American Idol finalist grew up has gone on the market.
And the Reece and Nichols real estate company boasts that as well as a walk-out basement and double garage, 1120 Sunnyside School Road was the "childhood home of David Cook, American Idol star."
Admittedly, the next most exciting feature is listed as the wood-fencing in the back yard, but still... way to be famous David!
The three bedroom house, which is 500ft from David's high school, was built in 1990 and offers a back and front yard, a wood-burning fire, two bathrooms and rec room.
For just $135, 000 you could own either a piece of music history, or a house where some guy used to live, depending on how the next few months go for David.
