Padma Lakshmi, who confirmed to media yesterday that she's pregnant, is talking about her bundle of joy, taking to her Twitter to thank fans for their support. "Thanks so much to all who have shown your love, support & good wishes! It's been great. Very excited about the coming baby," she writes.
Despite rumors that Manu Nathan is the father, Padma says that's not true, tweeting, "AND to others Manu Nathan is my cousin and dear friend, closest I have to a real brother. There is no chance he has anything to do with this."

Padma's pregnancy is reportedly being monitored very carefully, since the Top Chef host and former model has endometriosis, a uterine disorder which can cause infertility.
