If there is one thing Paris Hilton is good at, it's drawing a crowd wherever she goes! Paris celebrated her 30th birthday in NYC hitting up the David Letterman Show last night. Paris took total advantage of the spring-like weather NYC had and rocked a strapless Marc Bouwer dress. Paris brought along her boyfriend Cy Waits who got her a Lexus for her birthday! Lucky lady!

Earlier this week, Paris celebrated in style at her Moulin Rouge themed birthday in L.A. The star studded guest list ranged from Kathy Griffin to Lil Wayne!

Paris Tweeted yesterday, "My 1st IPhone App is Officially Here! Get it today. You will love it!". The app will allow you to take pictures of you hangin' with Paris and other things that will most likely have you saying, 'That's Hot'.
