Although Paris Hilton and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, frolicked on the beach recently in Hawaii, there's trouble in paradise for the happy couple. Remember when Paris got into hot water this past summer for drug possession? They were driving on the Las Vegas strip; a police officer smelled marijuana from their SUV. Although Paris got a lenient sentence, Cy faces felony and misdemeanor charges.

Paris paid a $2,000 fine and is currently serving a year's probation along with 200 hours of community service. She plead guilty to drug possession (cocaine was found in her handbag) and obstructing a police officer.

According to the Daily Mail, Cy's arraignment has been set for Feb. 17 and his lawyer says he's absolutely not guilty! A complaint against Cy was filed this past week which charges him with a felony of being under the influence of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
