Want to breathe a sigh of relief? If you're Paris Hilton, today may possibly be a breath of fresh air that since James Rainford, the man who previously attacked her ex-boyfriend Cy Waits, is in custody on $20,000 bail after being arrested for violating a restraining order.

Here's the scoop: A witness claimed to see him staring at Paris' Malibu home yesterday. As reported by Radar Online, The L.A. County sheriff's deputies responded to the call. Basically, he was hanging out on the beach while Paris was inside her home on July 4th.

A witness told the Daily Mail, "Someone recognized him as being the man who had given her trouble in the past, and the cops arrived pretty quickly. They checked him out and led him away, he was handcuffed and put into the police car." And according to the Associated Press, paparazzi outside the home actually helped identify the perpetrator to police officers.

Yesterday's incident meant that James violated a restraining order which indicated he was supposed to be at least 200 yards away from the socialite. Maybe third time's a charm and he'll finally go away? In january he plead no contest to trespassing onto Paris' Hollywood Hills house and he plead no contest to battery related to attacking Cy. He was released from custody after serving 24 days of a 227-day sentence.
