These days, Britney Spears is looking just about back to her old self. But if there's one person who wants to make sure everyone knows it, it's her former friend, Paris Hilton.
"I love Britney. I think she looks so beautiful right now," Hilton told Extra at the launch party for her new line of hair extensions, The Bandit. "I'm really happy for her. She looks amazing and she better win the VMAs. She's the best."

Paris also spilled the beans on working with her boyfriend, Benji Madden, saying, "I have my studio at home, so when we're at home we work a lot together on music."
