Paris Jackson Defends Miley Cyrus' New Edgy Pixie Cut

Miley Cyrus showed off a drastic new look last week, which sparked outrage from many when she posted pics on Twitter of a cropped bleach blond pixie cut.

The 14-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson, however, is coming to the singer's defense. Paris Jackson wrote, "i don't know why people keep hating on Miley's new cut.. i love it !! shes being herself & shes being different & i love her for that !"

Miley also felt the need to stick up for her bold self expression. She Tweeted, "my dad @billyraycyrus used to tell me "opinions are are like ass holes every body has one" LOVE my hair ❤ feel so happy, pretty, and free," after she debuted her hair cut.

Paris isn't the only one who loves the former Disney star's daring transformation. Her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, 22, is also in her corner. "Her hair looks great," the Hunger Games star said last week during an interview on Good Morning America. "It's a big change and it looks really fantastic."
