Patricia Arquette & Thomas Jane to Divorce

Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Thomas Jane.

TMZ is reporting that the Medium star filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.

Arquette married Jane two years ago and the couple have a five-year-old daughter. They also have no pre-nup, which should make things interesting down the line. Patricia's lawyer is non other than Laura Wasser, who also filed for Kate Walsh, incidentally.
