Boardwalk Empire must not be a fan of The City. Empire star Paz de la Huerta was arrested last night after allegedly assaulting City star Samantha Swetra at an NYC party on Sunday.

According to TMZ, Paz allegedly threw a glass at Samantha Swetra and then punched her in the face. Sources say the alleged assault occurred at The Standard Hotel and was caused by the ladies fighting over Samantha's male friend.

The argument escalated and ended with Paz being escorted out by security after allegedly throwing a glass at Samantha.
A police report was filed Wednesday morning by Samantha with her attorney Stephanie Ovadia.
And TMZ reports that Paz is due back in court on April 18.
