After years of not even being seen together, there might finally be an olive branch extended between and her mother, Nancy, who in 1999 penned a memoir, From Mother and Daughter to Friends, which detailed their troubled relationship. According to eyewitnesses, the pair shared an early dinner together at hip Midtown NYC eatery Quality Meats on Oct. 22. 'She was super-nice, really polite,' one witness tells OK! about the actress, who sat at a corner table where no one could bother her. And according to those in the restaurant, there were no signs of stress. 'She was sweet,' says the witness. 'She was with her mom and they had a really nice time.'
