Penélope Cruz has been pals with Johnny Depp for a long time. The new mom co-starred with Johnny for the first time 10 years ago on the film Blow and now reunites with him on the big screen for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. And last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Penelope divulged one of the actor's big secrets — he has a fart machine!
While Penélope called Johnny, "one of the most kind and genuine people I have ever met," she also called him out on his pranks!
She first discovered Johnny had the toy in his possession on the set of Blow in 2001.
"I was doing a very dramatic closeup," the Oscar-winning actress told host Jimmy Kimmel, explaining that he used a remote control to operate his toy. "He kept making that sound with the machine ... I was just thinking I hope they are not thinking it's me! And Johnny was standing there with a straight face."

Now that Penélope knows all about Johnny's prank, she escaped filming Pirates unscathed, but watched Jack Sparrow fool producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Rob Marshall with the machine!
