Spanish beauty Penélope Cruz has been dodging the "is she or isn't she?" question about pregnancy rumors for weeks. And many took her silence to mean that she was just keeping the matter private. However, it looks like the Oscar-winner has finally decided to fess up... and say it just ain't so.

"I start getting some presents from friends saying, 'Congratulations, you're pregnant,'" she explained to USA Today. "And I say, 'No, I'm not, so return the presents."
