Penn & Friends Look Dapper at Target Fashion Spectacular

Penn Badgley was one of many stars to hit the red carpet for a night out in NYC at the Target Kaleidoscopic Fashion Spectacular exclusive VIP viewing party on Wednesday. Penn looked handsome in black and was joined on the carpet by Nina Garcia, Mary-Louise Parker and Roxy Olin before heading inside to watch a fun fashion show.

Penn took a break from filming Gossip Girl – and apparently his co-star girlfriend Blake Lively – to attend the fashion show which featured models dancing in make-shift hotel rooms.
