
Perez Hilton Avoids Miley Cyrus Charges, Not ABC

Miley Cyrus is reportedly already moving forward from the up-skirt photo Perez Hilton Tweeted claiming to be of the star. But he's not getting off that easy with ABC.

According to an E! News source, Miley and her parents have no intention of filing a criminal complaint against Perez.
"She just wants to move on," the source said. "She thinks it's the work of an idiot and wants to move forward."

And Miley told Ryan Seacrest this week herself on his KISS FM radio that, "That's some idiot being an idiot."
But ABC has a different feeling.

E! News reports that ABC, owned by Disney, has pulled ads for The View (Miley will appear on the show tomorrow) off of Perez's site.
