PETA & Porn Both Hope to Sponsor Lindsay Lohan's Time in Rehab

The Curious Case of Lindsay Lohan just got even stranger. It's no secret that the former child star has been having financial issues and can't afford the $50,000 that three months at the Betty Ford Center costs. Now, a few unlikely friends have extended aid to the troubled actress. PETA offered to help cover the costs of Lindsay's stint in rehab on one condition: that she go vegan! But that's nothing compared to another offer the Mean Girls star received...
PETA offered LiLo up to $20,000 if she removes all animal products from her life. She'll be given $10,000 upfront if she goes vegan for her entire stint at Betty Ford, but to get the rest of the money she'd have to stick to the vegan diet for a full year after she is released on Jan. 3.
PETA's special projects manager Michelle Cho wrote in a letter to Lindsay, "As you know, a crucial part of any recovery is showing charity to others. One way to do this is to be kind to animals, the Earth, and your own body. You'll never regret it."
PETA President Ingrid Newkirk told the Los Angeles Times how inspiring Lindsay's commitment would be if she accepted: "Lindsay Lohan is the most visible example of a real addict, and if she can conquer her addiction to meat and cheese, absolutely anyone can. If she does, she'll not only save animals but save her own health, and she'll be an example to the millions of people who watch her every step."

According to Lindsay's lawyer, she is seriously contemplating PETA's offer. And we sure hope so, because LiLo's other option is a little grim.
If Lindsay doesn't believe she can cut the burgers and shakes out of her diet, there is another way she can get help paying for Betty Ford. The porn site Tube8.com has also offered to help Lindsay by fully covering her rehab costs, but not doing what you'd think.
Apparently, Tube8.com wants Lindsay to work as their marketing consultant. As an added bonus to accepting their offer, Lindsay would also get unlimited access to their website.
So, which will it be Lindsay? $20,000 and a year without McNuggets and ice cream or $50,000 and free porn? Decisions, decisions....
