Peter Facinelli Officially Files for Divorce from Jennie Garth

It's official. Although Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth announced their split a few weeks ago, Peter has officially filed the paperwork for a divorce.

According to GossipCop, the Twilight star cited "irreconcilable differences" in documents filed yesterday in an L.A. County Superior Court. In the paperwork, he asked for joint legal and physical custody of their three children. The date of separation was listed as January 1, 2012.
