Phillipa ha risen to the top after bookmakers slashed the odds of her being chosen to design Kate's gown from 25/1 to 3/1, the Daily Mail reports.
According to Phillipa's website, she opening her first bridal shop in 1990 and is "recognized for her simple, elegant designs that flatter the female form, her use of the world's most luxurious fabrics and her exquisite execution of embellishment."
