Beyoncé Knowles always knows how to accessorize. The fashionista, dressed in all black and sequins with studded black shades, headed back to her London hotel today separate from husband Jay-Z after spending the night at the Whiskey Mist Club. The "Halo" singer kicked off her UK tour last week in Liverpool.
