Now that Britney Spears's second North American tour in 2009 is over and she has more than a month off before heading Down Under to Australia, the singer has time to get back to her favorite activity: shopping! The pop superstar did the rounds in L.A. on Tuesday, with stops at Planet Blue Kids and Target.
