It's still hard to believe that Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo just gave birth less than a month ago. And even though the slender star was covering up in less-than-flattering sweats while shopping in L.A. on Tuesday, it was easy to see that she's almost back down to her pre-baby weight.
