Co-stars Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl brought their hit comedy The Ugly Truth to the folks in London on Tuesday night with a huge red-carpet premiere.

Luckily for the fans, Katherine seemed to have gotten over her camera-shy attitude from earlier in the week, as the Grey's Anatomy star cut loose and enjoyed herself, signing autographs and taking photos with fans.
