Heidi Klum may have enjoyed playing ball with her son Henry yesterday, but the supermodel is so pregnant, it looks like she's trying to hide a huge ball underneath her tank top!
Henry and the mom-to-be were joined by his fellow siblings, sister Leni and little brother Johan, as Heidi's trio of adorable kids frolicked at the L.A. park.
