Hilary Duff took some much needed time off from filming Gossip Girl and The Business of Falling in Love in NYC and went back to L.A. Hilary headed into the Ken Paves Salon in West Hollywood on Thursday with her hair swept up and looking tired, but she left with long gorgeous hair and beautiful smile! What a great before and after!
