After working up a hunger during a full day of shooting The Backup Plan in the park with hunky co-star Alex O'Loughlin, Jennifer Lopez headed a few blocks west to world-famous NYC hot dog hot spot Gray's Papaya, where she scarfed down dogs while the cameras rolled!
