It can't be easy for Jennifer Love Hewiit — when tabloids aren't nitpicking her physique, they're reporting that her relationship with Jamie Kennedy is on the rocks. At least the Ghost Whisperer star appeared both slender and relaxed as she returned home from working out at the gym in L.A. on Thursday.
