Girls night! Jessica Simpson flew back into NYC — minus the ringlets — on Wednesday to have dinner with her dear sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz. The girls bonded up over chips and salsa — or maybe margaritas? — at Rosa Mexicano Restaurant. Jessica was very smiley as she left the restaurant and seemed happy to reunite with her sis!
