On their way out of the celeb fave, Jess took some time to sign autographs for lucky fans. As first reported by OK! a couple weeks ago, the pop-turned-country singer has been cozying up with Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan. Wonder if constant companion Ken approves?
