Jessica Simpson dresses to impress yesterday as she struts around NYC where the songstress grabbed a coffee and enjoyed her time in the city. Jess also made time to sign autographs for lucky fans. She is in town for sister Ashlee Simpson's first week of performances as Roxie Hart in the hit Broadway musical Chicago.
