PHOTOS: J.Lo Takes the Fake Twins for a Stroll

It must have been a very surreal experience for Jennifer Lopez on the set of her new film, The Backup Plan, as the singer/actress, who gave birth two twins in 2008, pushed a twin stroller containing a pair of plastic babies up and down the streets of Manhattan.

J.Lo and co-star Alex O'Laughlin spent the afternoon shooting the scene, which included Jen's character hurling into a trash can and a small dog pulling a decorated canine wheelchair. Earlier in the day, she'd joined hubby Marc Anthony at a Miami Dolphins press conference where he told OK! that their son Max is "going to be a linebacker."
