New Gossip Girl co-star Joanna Garcia did her best to stay glamourous as the winds kicked up outside Manhattan's Lincoln Center last night. The actress seemed to be having some difficulties keeping her hair out of her face — and her gown from malfunctioning! — as she entered the American Ballet Theatre's 2009 Fall Gala.
