Do all those necklaces count as a carry-on item? Johnny Depp arrived in Belgrade, Serbia today, sporting quite a collection of beaded neckwear. Johnny's in town to attend the Third International Küstendorf Film & Music Festival, which kicks off tomorrow with the unveiling of a life-size bust of Johnny himself. No word yet on whether said bust will also feature a plethora of neck decorations.
