Something tells us the producers of Kourtney Kardashian's new reality show, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, didn't picture one of their stars lounging beachside, several month pregnant, when they created the show. Regardless, that's what the eldest Kardashian sister was doing with her babydaddy, and on-again boyfriend, Scott Adsit over the Labor Day Weekend.
