Last night, reality siblings Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian kicked off the premiere of their new E! show, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, by throwing a party at the MGM Grand... in Las Vegas.
Because, ya know... there aren't any places to throw a party in Miami.
